Operation Instructions

1. According to the illumination requirements, the lamp cap can be rotated upward to a maximum of 90 degrees and downward to a maximum of 10 degrees.
2. Spotlight/floodlight switch:
Press the switch for the first time, the lamp will be turned on, press it for the second time, the lamp will be turned off; when the lamp is on, long press the switch for more than 3 seconds will switch the light mode between spotlight and floodlight.
3. Dimming / yellow switch:
When the explosion proof work lamp is on, press the switch to switch between strong light, working light and weak light; Long press the switch for more than 3 seconds, the yellow warning light flashes; press and hold the switch for more than 3 seconds again, and the yellow warning light will be turned off.
4. The lamp is equipped with 4 power indication lights to help users identify remaining power at any time. The stages of remaining power are as follows:

100%~75% ●●●● 75% ~50% ●●● 50%~25% ●● 25%~10% ●

When the power falls below 10%, one of the four indication lights will go into stroboscopic state, indicating imminent power outage. At time of this, batteries should be replaced or recharged immediately.
5. The charger has charging protection function. When charging starts, the indicator light turns green; when fully charged, the indicator turns red.
6. The lamp should be charged promptly after each use. Make sure the battery is always full. If the lamp is to be left unused for a long time, make sure it’s charged to its full capacity every other 3 months.
7. When the lamp needs to be removed from the surface of attached iron products, first pick one side of the lamp as the pivot, then rotate the lamp around the pivot point while lifting the lamp simultaneously to facilitate the removal of the lamp.

Special Note

when CES-EX-FL-5282 LED explosion proof work light  is unused for more than 3 months, battery maintenance will be required. To do this, first discharge the battery completely, then recharge it to its full capacity.

Warning

1. The original dual protection battery of our company must be used, and users are forbidden from replacing the battery by themselves.
2. Please use the factory supplied charger for charging. The charger voltage is dc14v. It is forbidden to use other chargers to charge this product, the users will be solely responsible if burning or explosion happens with the battery when charging it using other chargers.
3. When the lamp is attached to the surface of iron products, it is strictly forbidden to move the lamp laterally along the attached surface to avoid wearing the anti-skid pad.
4. To determine whether the lamp is fully charged, please refer to the indicator light of the charger.
